What's included
Format
- 2 – 2.5 hour workshop
- Location: Zurich (Sihlcity, Enge, HB, Schlieren — depending on venue availability at the time of the event)
- Held between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (any time slot)
- Maximum number of participants: 35 persons
Materials
- Making 24 pralinés in various shapes
- Up to 10 different fillings (incl. 1–2 with alcohol)
- Decorative materials (sprinkles, nuts, crispies and more)
- Chocolate (dark, milk, white)
- Hollow chocolate shells to fill (various shapes)
- Packaging boxes for your own creations: 12, 6, 4 and 2 pralinés (4 boxes total)
- Carry bag to take home
- Tea / coffee / water
- Cake / homemade pastry as a dessert tasting
Terms
Cancellation & payment
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 weeks before the event. For later cancellations, 50% of the amount is withheld, as the venue has already been booked.
A 50% deposit is due 4 weeks before the event. The remaining balance is due 1 day before the event.
