An encounter that
changed everything.
2023, at a friend's home: an unassuming box on the table. Cheese pralinés. Osanna tasted one, was astonished, and couldn't stop thinking about it.
She loves experimenting. And she lives in Switzerland — the land of chocolate and the land of cheese. Two symbols that the whole world associates with this small country. And yet: this combination didn't exist here. Not yet.
She tasted, tested, discarded and tried again. In the end, she had six original creations. The beginning of everything.
A hobby that became
something real.
"This is more than a hobby." Her husband was the first to see what was taking shape.
At first it was only friends and acquaintances who got to enjoy them. Osanna shared, gifted, and observed the reactions. Then her husband said out loud what she perhaps hadn't quite wanted to admit herself.
He was right. Osanna founded her company, completed all the necessary certifications and inspections, and opened the door to something greater. Today L'Osanna stands for handcrafted pralinés, workshops, tastings and unforgettable events.
What began as a personal project is now a company that brings people together. At aperitifs, in workshops, around tables. Wherever chocolate and joy meet.
